NH3 SEPARATION IN AIR, STEAM AND GASSES
Whether the air is under pressure or vacuum, cold or hot, we offer a solution, that separates NH3 efficiently, down to very few ppm and converts the NH3 to ammonium sulphate or ammonia water.
The only chemicals in the process is acid, which is necessary for the ammonium sulphate.
Dense air doesn’t affect the temperatur or pressure in the process.
In cases with steam with ammonium, the separation happens a lot easier than from a condensate.
NH3 SEPARATION IN LIQUIDS
We offer NH3 separation from liquids with a stripping process. By ammonia removal from liquids the stripper process is completed by steam, and the ammonia is delivered as ammonium sulphate or as concentrated ammonia water.
This process works best for high concentrations (several thousand ppm), which can be reduced to 1-200 ppm.
